Unpacking the floods in Pakistan

b'On 25 August, Pakistan declared a state of emergency due to flooding, which has been described as among the worst in the country\\u2019s history. Millions of people have been displaced due to rain and flooding with UN preliminary estimates indicating that 575,000 people were living in relief camps at one point.
