Hurricane Harvey dropped a giant water bomb on the Lone Star State with local officials ignoring Rita’s historical lesson. Tom Skilling and the entire weather community were, as usual, right again about these storm tracks using technology. However, there are some conspiracy theorists that believe in something called a “weatherman conspiracy”.
