The iconic Chicago small club the Double Door, replaced in Wicker Park by the expensive cooler company Yeti, will open this August in Uptown. The Double Door will provide the finishing touches to a free market solution initiated by their owners who failed to extend their lease. Darwin wins again, or does he?
