Apple Bows Down to Chinese Government

Authoritarian China recently passed a law that outlawed VPN software that is not government certified. As a result, Tim Cook and Apple, the self-proclaimed Bodyguard (think Kevin Costner) of users privacy rights, just sold their Chinese user’s privacy for a fourth place market share. Is Apple’s alleged strict security and privacy position just a front for a cash grab operation from user’s pockets?
