Bob, Sayre & Fridge also found themselves pontificating on the similarities between Tiki Drinks and Pastry Stouts: They have a low barrier to entry and remain approachable to the inexperienced crowds, they're often sporting scary names but presenting childlike flavors; and both require a deep expertise for proper execution of the craft.
