On this episode we have our co-founder Collin McDonnell and Sayre Piotrkowski our head of sales and marketing, along with the team behind Hella Coastal Brewing. Hella Coastal's founders Chazz Hubbard, and Mario Benjamin, and head-brewer, Manny Ponce, join us for a conversation inspired by our recent collaboration "Town Riders" IPA. “Town Riders” is one of many special collabs brewed to be served at “Barrel & Flow Fest.” Barrel and Flow Fest is a new beer festival celebrating Black owned breweries, cideries and businesses all over the country, which will take place in Pittsburgh, PA this coming weekend. Chazz, Mario, and Manny, tell us about their goals for Hella Coastal going forward and why they feel that creating their own brick and mortar brewery in Oakland is important for their own family legacies, and vital to a community their families have called home for a century.
