Old School vs Freshman
*It’s about the money. The Squad and freshman class have outraised many old school politicians. More interesting is that the new class has taken less than 10% of all their fundraising from PACs. This makes the voice of the people that much more important in policy. That also terrifies old school politicians.
*Living in the beltway bubble. Old school politicians like Nancy Pelosi understand the importance of compromise but are living in a world that no longer exists. When the rules of our government are discarded as done by this administration, something needs to change.
