Happy Friday, friends. I hope you’ve had a week that’s intentional and aligned with your heart, body and soul and you’re ready to welcome the weekend for some much needed slowing down and tuning in. I know I do.
Joining me on the podcast today is the brilliant and spirited Sandy Kusano. Sandy is a Human Potential Coach and Mental Fitness Trainer. Her life's mission is to amplify the voices of women and girls around the globe with a focus on the mental health needs of the Asian community. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is trained at Human Potential Institute (HPI), a global pioneer within the fields of coach training and human potential development. She is also currently training at Positive Intelligence, an innovative coaching technique that is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science.
This opportunity to sit down and dive deep with Sandy is an experience that left me not only in admiration, but also a heart more grounded, more whole. Sandy has a way of cutting through the noise, saying it for what it is and breaking it down into small, actionable steps that we can all start practicing a bit more of today. If you’re an Asian female desiring to break down the fear and sabotage that’s holding you back from your greatest innate potential, you want to give this episode a listen and definitely give Sandy a follow after!
