“It’s not linear and embracing the face that it’s all part of the process; that there is going to be failures, there are going to be very difficult times but the important thing is showing up and going back every day, even if it’s a little bit and it will take care of itself.”
In this episode, I have the pleasure of sharing a divine and lovely conversation with a dear friend I met in a coaching program last March, Tracy. Tracy’s a violinist who’s currently studying her 2nd masters in Switzerland. Just like anyone of us, self doubt, imposter syndrome and the fear of change and the unknowns are feelings and resistances that comes up for Tracy in her musical journey every day. I loved how she was able to process and break it down for us how going inward, giving herself more credit and trusting the process has been key to help her overcome those challenges and feel more confident about her journey forward.
Episode is now LIVE! I hope you’ll take some time and come sit with us in this laughter-infused, heart-centered conversation.
P.S: I also made an announcement towards the end which I hope you’ll stick around to listen. Be well, dear friends.
