- R (oao Wingfield) v Canterbury City Council & Redrow Homes (South East) [2020] EWCA Civ 1588 a decision of the Court of Appeal under CPR 52.30 (1) refusing to reopen orders refusing permission to appeal against the Council\\u2019s decision to grant permission for development on the east side of Canterbury. \\n

Decision of the week
\\nAn inspector\\u2019s decision 25th November 2020 allowing an appeal against the refusal by a waste authority to grant permission on a section 73 application to increase throughout of green waste from 8,000 to 23,500 tonnes per annum at Blackbirds Lane, Aldenham, Hertfordshire.
