How do you solve a problem like Manila? The never ending question that Julie Andrews in her role in the Sound of Music. All jokes aside, it\\u2019s crowded, heavily congested with traffic, and stuff here is getting unreasonably expensive. And one reason for that is the sort of uneven playing field that NCR has over the provinces. I gathered a bunch of my friends who grew up in the provinces but now live in Metro Manila and asked them their ideas on how to decongest it and maybe give some opportunities to some of the provinces. With me this week: freelance writer Juseph Elas, banker Rolin Obina, La Salle Greenhills teacher Samantha Dumlao, and fashion design graduate Paula Morico.
