Mr. Glenn was a four-year letterman of the Florida State University Football team from 1994-1998 where he was named Offensive Team Captain in 1998 while also being drafted in the sixth (6th) round of 1999 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Bucs. We discuss the impact that Coach Bobby Bowden had on him and how it has shaped who he is as an athletic leader and how he leads his coaches and athletes today.\\xa0
