John Dillon breaks down Assembly Bill 3071, the next round of anti-gun laws in the pipeline courtesy of your California lawmakers. Assembly Bill 3071 bans lead ammunition from indoor and outdoor ranges. Be aware, 3071 only allows 'certified' ammunition, not just non-lead ammo. This law will just price out law-abiding gun owners from training.
