128: Forgiveness

Published: June 15, 2022, 10:38 a.m.

Forgiveness is a big topic and a tricky thing to navigate which is why this week we're discussing not whether you should forgive or not, but the benefits to forgiveness in terms of self-growth, self-healing and acceptance. The long term impact of holding onto resentment can be really damaging mentally and emotionally so we wanted to talk about ways that you can make forgiveness something that serves you, without ever needing to tell the person you forgive or let them back into your life.
\n
\nEveryone's own situation is so nuanced which is why we're sharing a little bit about our own journey of forgiveness and seeing it as something for us, rather than for the person or thing we're forgiving.
