The 4 Types of Self Care

Self care is super important but it's so much more than face masks and bubble baths. There are 4 different types of self care: physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. In order to truly take care of yourself it's important to get to the root of what you really need in each of these areas. Caring for yourself isn't always easy it requires being honest with yourself, doing the work and showing up as the best version of yourself for yourself.
