I don\'t know about you but when life gets hectic the first thing I let slip are the things I have control of like working out, cleaning, self-care, etc. even though those are the things that make me feel my best. Makes no sense. But today I am sharing my reset day routine that I use whenever I need to pull myself out of a funk and get my ish together again.
