How I Quit Smoking | Tips for Breaking a Bad Habit

I was a smoker for 7 years! I finally decided that it was time I quit December of 2020 and I haven't looked back sense. This was not an easy process. I always told myself that I could quit whenever I wanted but that was a lie, I had an addiction. If you struggle with an addiction or even just a bad habit you can't seem to break then this episode is for you.
