12/3/19: THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL There's been recent discussion by scientists that if an object struck our planet and was large enough to cause Earth to stop rotating or to reverse its rotation, it would be catastrophic in almost every possible way. The reality is that the Earth's rotation, as with many things, is cyclical, slowing down by a few milliseconds per day then speeding up again. Like it or not, the Earth is always in the cross-hairs of an extinction-level event. On tonight's show, Clyde Lewis talks about THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL.
