PG&E has shut off the power to over 800,000 residents in Northern California because of a possible fire hazard, like the devastating one that scorched the area last year. Some are already saying this feels like a simulated EMP attack and psy-op while others are afraid this may cause a ripple effect across the country. A utility company of their size is mandated to provide electricity because doing so isn’t just a matter of modern conveniences—it can be a matter of life and death.
