Joshua Murray became a councillor at twenty-one for the Northwick Park ward in Brent and started leafleting and door-knocking at fifteen. Now he is a counsellor for the Harlesden ward.\\xa0 Joshua gives an insight into his work during a pandemic. He says he is not a career politician, but he has always wanted to help people.\\xa0 Joshua is passionate about doing the best for his community and being a new dad. \\xa0

He tells us that being part of a gang comes through desperation, not a choice. A Strong family unit and good relationships are the keys to success.\\xa0
