On this weeks show we have a packed news section as Maine and Josh kick the show off really professional.\\xa0 Both the hosts this week are running on very little sleep due to the action packed weekend of events; so this episode you get lots of raw and unfiltered podcast hosts letting loose.\\xa0 After the news section we get into the recaps kicking the show off with our recap of the craziness that was BJJ Stars BlackBelt Edition.\\xa0 We talk about Erberth Santos having a knee injury then suddenly not having a knee injury and then\\xa0 running into the crown Malice at the Palace style to attack Penas Brother.\\xa0 After that we get into the actual sport BJJ segments of the show for BJJ Stars, and talk about some of the seasoned Brazilian Jiu Jitu veterans that were on the card.\\xa0 Josh gives some interesting history about many of the top guys features on this event from another era. \\xa0

After that we get in the Combat Jiu Jitsu (CJJ) fight night card featuring 135 pound bantamweight tournament and an absolute bracket along with some interesting superfights.\\xa0 Josh goes deep into what he thinks leads to a good palm strike, and Main discusses what he likes and dislikes about the ruleset. \\xa0

Then we move across the ocean to to our recap of GrappleFest 4, featuring Craig Jones, Lachlan Giles, and more in an exciting UK event.\\xa0 We talk about how good Craig Jones looks and how its nice to see him working from a top position successfully.\\xa0 Plus a few other stand out matches on the card.\\xa0 \\xa0

After all that we get into the recap of the Finishers Invitational 8, presented by Show the Art X.\\xa0 Maine and Rachael got to go to this event live to cover it in person the day of the show recording so we were very excited to talk about the event atmosphere, and how nice everyone at the event was, as well as some outstanding matches, and a great 145 pound tournament. \\xa0 We go deep into ADCC trials stand out Nick Rodriguez's preparation highlighted mostly by "Just going and doing stuff" much to Maines amazement.\\xa0 Then get into all the action that was the 145 pound bracket, looking at stand outs Keith Krikorian, and Frank Rosenthal, and more.\\xa0 \\xa0

Then we get into previews for Fight to Win 103 headlined with a number of title bouts, and outstanding competitors Gutemberg Pereira, and Tomoyuki Hashimoto, plus over 30 other matches in Houston.\\xa0

After that we get into a preview for Sub Spectrum 7 featuring a title bout between Matt Leighton vs Tex Johnson, plus stand outs Keith Krikorian vs John Battle in a matchup that both Maine and Josh are excited for after seeing both grapplers win this weekend.\\xa0 \\xa0

We then preview Midwest Finishers inaugural event with even more midwest action featuring Nick Ronan, Jordan Holy, the Tacket brothers, Alex Hodi, and more.\\xa0 This event featured a 155 pound tournament under the EBI format.\\xa0 \\xa0

Our final preview of the week we take a look at the stacked Spyder Korea qualifier event, featuring a under 76kg bracket and an over 100kg bracket.\\xa0 Featuring top Black, Brown and Purple belts, under the Spyder banner this is the first Spyder event of 2019 and if it is anything like last years tournament it will be sure to deliver.
