In the recap of submission underground 20 (SUG 20) we discuss Mason Fowler's Victory quickly over Ryan Bader with a violin arm lock and another violin arm-lock Victory on the card when Richie Boogeyman Martinez defeated CB dollaway with the same technique. We discuss Craig Jones rear naked choke victory over Olympic gold medalist Satoshi ishii and a talk about how some of these were obvious mismatches.\\xa0 We also discuss Gillian Roberts and her rear naked choke victory, and an interesting front naked choke Victory on the undercard.
In the IBJJF 2021 rules discussion section of the show Maine and Josh discuss the new PDF released by the organization detailing exactly what is legal and illegal and some of the ways this may affect the top-level competition. We also discussed some of the lower belt fouls and how these new rules will affect 50/50 play. We also discuss the implementation of new out of bounds rules and rules specifically targeting Leandro Lo, and the way he starts his matches.
