The Election and the Upcoming Biden Transition

While there are still states large and small that are still counting the ballots, former Vice President Joe Biden will be the 46th president of the United States on Inauguration day in January. Biden inherits a federal government that was upended largely by his predecessor, outgoing president Donald Trump.
