When President Joe Biden’s administration took over in January, they inherited low morale and a set of difficult policy decisions regarding the federal workforce. While Biden signed a series of executive orders during his first week to overturn Donald Trump workforce policies, the work is just beginning to reestablish trust with public servants and the millions of federal employees.
