Biden's Workforce Czar, Morale and Feds

 Last month, President Joe Biden named Pam Coleman to be associate director for performance management at the Office of Management and Budget, a role that is something of a White House czar on federal workforce and agency performance. She’s got a large task ahead of her to turn around the policies and lowering morale leftover from Donald Trump’s administration.
