Why producers don’t mess with Sharon Stone

Jane Cadzow's 3 April cover story 'I really very much enjoyed being Sharon Stone. But I’m enjoying being myself more' profiles Hollywood’s most famous femme fatale Sharon Stone. Jane was given a rare interview with Stone, who claims director Paul Verhoeven tricked her into removing her white knickers in that notorious up-the-skirt scene from Basic Instinct. Jane is joined by Good Weekend editor, Katrina Strickland, to discuss how Stone’s tough, demanding personality was forged by her challenging childhood including the sexual abuse of her younger sister by their maternal grandfather.
