Australia’s fastest 800 metre runner on life, running and that Tokyo Olympics race

He shot to national fame at last year’s Tokyo Olympics, when he became the first Aussie runner to compete in an 800-metres Olympics final in more than half a century. And even though he came fourth in that final, Peter Bol – and the more than 100 members of his family who crowded into a Perth living room to watch the race – had captured our hearts.
