North Dakota Fisheries Chief Greg Powers Shares Insight Into The Paddlefish Season

North Dakota is home to one of the most robust paddlefish fisheries in the world.  These ancient fish live in Lake Sakakawea, migrating each spring into the Missouri and Yellowstone Rivers to spawn.  North Dakota Game and Fish, in partnership with Montana manages a snagging season for these monster fish.  Fisheries Chief Greg Powers shares some insight into the management strategies used to maintain the fishery and provide opportunities for anglers to catch the largest fish living in North Dakota waters.
