Interview: Mehdi Mahdavikia
Mehdi Mahdavikia won the Asian Young Footballer of the Year award in 1997, as well as Asian footballer of the Year in 2003. He captained Iran's national team side from 2006-2009 and currently the fourth most capped Iranian International. We had the pleasure of having this legend to discuss World Cup 98, Alireza Jahanbakhsh, FC KIA, his coaching role at Hamburger SV, and his thoughts on Iran's World Cup group.
