E4 - 'the power of someday maybes'

My name is Laura. (you can find me on IG: @going_for_something).

I have been inspired to start this podcast series because I would love to help anyone who might be facing similar struggles to what I have worked (and am still working through) myself.

I love coaching women in these areas and look forward to sharing my story and journey with you and would love to coach you in your journey.

This week I will talk about a specific thing from David Allen's Getting things done (GTD) system - the 'someday maybe list'

I talk about how using this list allows me to simultaneously manage having new inspirations but without dropping off from my current goals mid way through (which seem scarier and less fun in the now).

I talk about how the list has helped me break the idea that it is 'now or never' on ideas and helped me to focus on things I really truly want in the long term.
