My name is Laura. (you can find me on IG: @going_for_something).

This week, we will be talking about a goal setting exercise that I love and that was my first real experience with goal setting - dreamlining. I LOVE it.

It was inspired by tim ferris in his book the 4 hour work week (100% recommend, check it out)

Dreamlining allows us to dream big and be inspired and also to break those big crazy goals and wants into things we ACTUALLY MIGHT ACHIEVE in the next 6-12 months.

I have been inspired to start this podcast series because I would love to help anyone who might be facing similar struggles to what I have worked (and am still working through) myself.
