Michael Caulfield, is a sports psychologist who primarily works with professional football players currently including championship club Brentford FC. The Gloves On hosts and Michael talks about coping with social media, the pressure of being a goalkeeper and how important it is to have a routine. The routine is both before, during, and after the game, turning on your \\u201cmatch day mode\\u201d and being able to have a mental reset.
