Erica Chenoweth is a pioneering academic whose ground breaking study on strategic non-violence demonstrated that movements that use non-violent tactics when\\xa0fighting for the over-through\\xa0of a regime are twice as likely to succeed as\\xa0movements that use violence as a tactic.
