It is a rainy Friday edition of Glenn Clark Radio, but the boys will try to lighten your day as Glenn and Griffin enlist the assistance of Stan ‘The Fan’ Charles who will be hanging out in studio. The boys will do a light recap of the Orioles split down in Tampa before preview this weekend’s series vs the Mariners in Camden Yards. Plus we’ll talk about the various news around the sports world including the College World Series, NBA Draft and more. At 11am, we will have a chance to meet the new baseball coach at Navy, Chuck Ristano, as we check-in with the Midshipmen baseball program. At 11:20am, we will make our regular trip to the O’s farm on the shore when we catch up with Delmarva Shorebirds Outfielder Trendon Craig who has had a nice June since returning from injury as we meet the 2021 Draft pick. At 11:40am, we will chat with Norfolk Tides manager Buck Britton fresh off the Tides clinching the first half International League title and talk about how well they’ve played thus far. We will wrap the program by chatting with Maryland RB Roman Hemby as we talk about his off-season and preview the 2023 season before Roman hosts a football camp tomorrow in his hometown back in Harford County (Hembeast.com).
