Busy Monday show-are we in danger of no NFL because the players and owners aren't on the same page? Has no fans in stands at all impacted your ability to enjoy the games? We discussed this and much more-late in Hour 1 the great Angel McCoughtry (St. Frances) joined us from the WNBA bubble as she prepares to start the season with the Vegas Aces-she also explained what it means to her to be able to wear Breonna Taylor's name on the back of her jersey this season. Early in Hour 2, Towson running back/returner Shane Simpson joined the show to discuss football being cancelled by the CAA-which means the end to his Towson career. He explained why playing in the spring wouldn't be an option for a player like him who is eyeing the NFL Draft. Midway through Hour 2, our friend Jeremy Conn joined us to discuss what it's like to vacation with (nearly) adult kids, how his life changes with baseball back and more. And we wrapped the show by catching up with our friend/UMBC soccer coach Pete Caringi after the America East announced fall sports were postponed.
