So we make our first Picks Against The Spread of the 2019 season-can Maryland and Navy cover huge numbers against FCS opponents? Our loser for the year is going to feel fishy. Late in Hour 1, The Athletic's Patrick Stevens (@D1scourse) checked in to preview the openers for Maryland and Navy and to discuss why football reporters may once have been excited for mustard. Early in Hour 2, Maryland linebacker/Baltimore native Shaq Smith called in to discuss transferring back home for his final season after a Clemson career that included national championships and more.
