I open the show with sad news from the University of Virginia football program. My Rams fandom will never dwindle but it is officially time to punt on this current season. They can only be the defending champions for a couple more months. I announce some new scheduling for the podcast due to some recent good news in my work life. It\'s time to not only save up money for Thanksgiving but also some calories in anticipation for a weeklong feast. In closing, I challenge everyone to ask what brings them personal joy and find time to partake in it as often as possible.
