Hundreds of new homes coming in Royse City northeast of Dallas. Developers have purchased land northeast of Dallas for a new home community with hundreds of houses.

Wynne/Jackson has acquired the 182 acres on the south side of Interstate 30 in Royse City. The developer is teaming up with Tucker David Investments to build a 755-home community called Creekshaw.

The entry to the community is at FM 35 and Shaw Road.  

\\n

High temperatures can reach into the triple digits in parts of the northern Plains into the beginning of next week as heat builds across the region.

\\n

An area of high pressure that built over the center of the country to end the week will begin to shift east this weekend, helping to usher in warmer air across the Plains.

\\n

Heat will build over High Plains on Saturday. High temperatures will range from the upper 80s F to near 100 across eastern Montana and northeast Wyoming into the afternoon.

The Sulphur Springs Senior Citizens Center is a place where Senior Citizens age 50 and over can have a good time with old friends and make some new ones. Meal-A-Day is just one service the center provides. The coffee pot is always on and a smile is on each face. The SCC has a full library with all different kinds of reading books that can be taken, read and returned. Take as many as you like and bring some of your books in to share with others. According to reports, Walmart is now looking to remove all cashiers from its stores. The American multinational retail corporation that operates a chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores, and grocery stores is now testing a self-checkout only structure in a move towards the future of the company.

Walmart will be removing the at one of its popular superstores in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The test will see if checkout times are reduced when human interaction is limited, employees will still be on hand to aid customers with issues checking out themselves. If the test generates positive results, Walmart could expand the program to more of its stores.
