Donnie, and Danny(Your Hosts) Welcome you to the River N\' Roar podcast. The official podcast of the South Bend Lion\'s, and brought to you by us here at Game On: A Sports Podcast for Everyone.   This is our first show of many, and today is a big one. We had Thiago Pinto, who is the technical director, and head coach of the South Bend Lion\'s, and one of the bigger signings for the Lion\'s Samuel Biek. We wanted to introduce these guys to you with a bang, and bring you some excellent content about these awesome individuals.

We spoke about each of their soccer backgrounds, their beginnings in the game of soccer, and what led them both to being Lion\'s and repping the Bend with all of us.

We both were super excited to have them on, and cannot wait to see what they can do on the field this summer.  We will provide links below for Sammy, so you guys can learn a bit more about him, while listening to this amazing episode.

-Played soccer professionally in Brazil from 1992-2001 

\\n

-He has been in the Northern Indiana area for about 17 years, and has pretty much been a ambassador for the game in several facets. Including being a youth coach with the JR Irish/Northern Indiana FA, an Elite youth coach at Notre Dame, The Head coach of the Bethel College Pilots, and now the Technical Director, and Head Coach of the South Bend Lion\'s
