There is a stigma around discomfort – we feel shame and guilt and frustration about being caught in an uncomfortable place. This taboo against discomfort can lead us to self-sabotage our own efforts at growing because growth and change are – you guessed it – uncomfortable!

How can we handle moments of unease and discomfort better? How can we get past the overlayed feelings of fear, frustration, and shame so that we can continue to grow and better our lives?

This episode explores all the feels and shares my experience of how I hold myself and comfort myself through what feels yucky, gross, awful, and scary.
