What a blessing to be held in my own space as I got interviewed by her!
Playing with what was alive within us in the moment.
A very profound episode for me, sharing everything from embracing expectations, acting exercises, playing with food, my relationship to France, making a decision to move and explore the world not looking for something or running away, grieving a old version of self… and much more
I got the chance to tell my younger self to not postpone her happiness and to not use relationships as an excuse for not following her purpose. We explored what it means for us to be FREE and our desire to create a world of love, honesty and kindness
A lot of laughter and fun! And also tears and very emotional moments.
