51 - Embracing selfishness
There's nothing more generous than taking care of yourself. That how you can fully show up for other. Selflessness as an ideal is pure BS, seriously, this is not how we can create a healthy loving collective. Only when we fill our own cup first, we are able to really show presence and share from a place of wholeness.
