Could B.C.'s plan fix the housing crisis?

b'Vancouver is just one of many cities in Canada in the middle of a housing affordability crisis. This week, B.C. Premier David Eby floated a new plan that would mean some big changes.\\n\\nIn Greater Vancouver, the benchmark price for a single family home is over $1.8 million, and rents have gone up too.
