On March 7, 2019, a Romulus woman was driving near Kiwanis Park in Frenchtown Township, Michigan, when her car went into an icy creek and became partially submerged. Listen and you'll hear the 911 calls as first her son, and then the victim herself, speaks to emergency dispatchers as they try to locate her.
