FITE 9: FINDING YOUR PURPOSE - PART 1

This is the first episode of a 3 part series about finding your purpose!!! Since lack of purpose is at the origin of QLC, burnout and career struggle, I intend to give you more clarity on what purpose is, what it's not and how we can start looking for it using the IKIGAI framework. 


For next week, answer these journal prompts:

-What are activities I would love doing as a child? Why? How could this look like today?

-What do people seek my advice for/help with? (in both personal and professional contexts)

-When did I feel the most proud of myself? What allowed me to achieve what I wanted?

-In which section of the book store do I tend to hang out? What’s so interesting about it?

-What kind of tasks/activities absorb me and make me forget time, hunger and sleep?
