Today\\u2019s guest is Michael Yetter, a great friend, a captain with Miami Dade Fire Rescue and a veteran of the United States Army and Army National Guard. Mike began his career in the fire service with Miami Dade in 1998. He worked his way up the ranks, becoming a very well-respected fire officer and paramedic. He has served in some of the busiest stations Dade County has to offer. He has served in leadership positions and been deployed in various capacities on Miami Dade\\u2019s USAR team/TF1 which is a state and federal asset. He currently serves his department as the officer in charge of recruit training. Additionally, he has been one of my mentors, helping me grow as a leader, and I know for a fact that he has the respect and admiration of so many in the fire service. He is a true leader in every sense of the word.
