Frederick's Forum Chip Jewell Fire Fighting in Frederick County 2/22
A man whose been associated with Frederick County Fire and Rescue for many years is stepping down. Deputy Chief Chip Jewell announced that he’s retiring at the end of December. He started his career as a dispatcher with Frederick County Central Alarm in 1972, and also worked in communications for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue.
