Last week, I had something break on my car. What sounded like a simple fix, turned out to be a long process. I\'m thankful to have had help from my son as we worked together to fix the problem. This "30 Minute" fix turned into hours. Eventually my son wanted to give up and take the car in to be fixed. What he didn\'t realize is the self talk leads to us not trying our hardest. Can you identify a time in your life that you said you couldn\'t do something, AND YOU WERE RIGHT? Most often, what you tell yourself will show up in the actions you do.
