Spring is finally here, and for most of us that\\u2019s probably a breath of fresh air.\\xa0 There\\u2019s not only a change in the

temperature but a change in people\\u2019s moods.\\xa0 Most of us have heard about the winter blues, but do you know

where the saying comes from?\\xa0 Every year, millions of Americans suffer from mild to severe cases of the winter

blues, a condition known as seasonal affective disorder, or what\\u2019s commonly referred to as SAD.\\xa0 On this week's
