David Dein was a director and major shareholder at Arsenal for 24 years and was a significant voice at the FA for many of them, too. In that time, he brought Ars\\xe8ne Wenger to England, helped assemble one of the greatest sides of all time, and forced through the commercial behemoth that is the Premier League.
